Erskine Park logistics facility required an end of lease make good to be complete within two weeks, ahead of the incoming tenant’s occupation. Engine Room were tasked to tender, programme and manage the fast-tracked delivery programme. With significant damages incurred from a delayed handover Engine Room worked with a highly skilled contractor to develop a programme to ensure all time efficiencies emerged throughout the works.

The works involved, but were not limited to, the demolition of a 500m2 internal cool and freezer rooms, requiring significant slab repairs and alteration to the fire suppressions system.
